A former French minister, Luc Chatel co-founded Odyssey Education to extend his commitment to education. Luc Chatel began his career at L'Oréal, where he was Director of Human Resources. Between 1998 and 2017, he held several elective and governmental positions in France: Minister of National Education, Secretary of State for Industry, Government Spokesman, Member of Parliament and Mayor. Since 2017, Luc Chatel has also been President of the Plateforme Automobile (French automotive industry federation). Luc Chatel is a Knight in the Order of the Legion of Honor and Commander of the Academic Palms.

A recognised expert and leader in the world of higher education, Catherine Lespine leads our Odyssey Education teams at the strategic and operational level. Catherine Lespine started at APHP, before becoming a Professor of Management in 1986. From 1992, she developed various schools and programmes at Inseec U. From 2003 to 2019, she was President of that group, the French leader in private higher education in management, engineering sciences, and digital and political sciences, bringing together some 28,000 students in France, Switzerland, Monaco, UK, USA, China and the Ivory Coast. A graduate of ESCP, and with a DEA from Paris-Sorbonne, Catherine is a Order of the Legion of Honor and Academic Palms.
