A specialist in educational strategy and management, Younes is Vice President and co-founder of the Odyssey group, and Managing Director of the École Française Internationale de Casablanca. He is notably in charge of the establishment and acquisition of schools and real estate for the Odyssey group.

Younes Slaoui was a strategy consultant at the international company Roland Berger, and later part of the strategic management team of the Attijariwafa Bank Group.

At the same time, he taught in management schools.

Younes is also a director of Al Amana Microfinance;

A graduate of EM Lyon and former student of the ENA, he is President of the Moroccan Association of Former Students of ENA.
