Luc Chatel visits EFI Skopje

This week, Luc Chatel, Chairman of Odyssey Education, visited the International French School of Skopje (EFI Skopje), an educational institution in Northern Macedonia. The visit marked an important step in the development of the school, which is a real pillar of the French-speaking community in the country. It was also an opportunity to welcome the arrival of the new headmaster, Brice Bernabeu, whose leadership and commitment promise new prospects for the school.

A commitment to educational excellence in Northern Macedonia

EFI Skopje recently took a major step forward with the official French accreditation of its college, in recognition of the quality of its educational offer. This achievement reflects the hard work and unwavering support of Odyssey Education, which continues to propel French education internationally.

During his visit, Luc Chatel met with teachers, students and parents, underlining the importance of exchange within the education community. These discussions provided an opportunity to explore new dynamics for the future of the school, particularly in terms of multilingualism, international openness, the development of non-academic skills (soft skills), as well as STEAM disciplines and the well-being of pupils.

A huge thank you to H.E Christophe Le Rigoleur, French Ambassador to Northern Macedonia, and his team for their warm welcome. Their support for EFI Skopje strengthens the cooperation between Odyssey Education and the French Embassy in promoting the French language and French education abroad.
