Applications are available online on the Profs du Monde website.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"bloctext bloctext--nocolor bloctext--haspattern\" id=\"bloc_6_3\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-4 col-xl-3 mb-1\">\n<h2><span>RECRUITMENT CRITERIA<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-8 col-xl-9\">\n<div class=\"text pl-lg-4\">\n<p>We pay particular attention to <strong>formal criteria<\/strong> such as :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>specific diplomas, certifications, authorisations and qualifications ;<\/li>\n<li>teaching experience ;<\/li>\n<li>written recommendations from previous institutions<\/li>\n<li>professional assessment reports<\/li>\n<li>certificates of participation in continuing education;<\/li>\n<li>language skills ;<\/li>\n<li>educational, cultural and sporting activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also look at <strong>the candidate&rsquo;s overall profile<\/strong>: their values, motivations, commitment and ability to become an active member of our educational community. They must have an international outlook to help prepare each student to become an enlightened citizen, capable of shaping his or her own future and fulfilling his or her ambitions.<\/p>\n<p>As the well-being and safety of our students is a priority, all documents or recommendations submitted by the applicant are checked.
